Chips and Frying Lines
Turnkey Chips and Frying Lines, comprising a fryer, extruder, seasoning unit, and other equipment, has an average production capacity of 200 kg of corn chips per hour. This fully automated line includes a hot oil system. The fundamental operation of this hot oil system involves using heated industrial oil to heat the food oil, allowing the chips, whether they come from a mold or as ready products, to fry in this hot oil before being sauced in the saucing unit.
