Crackers Production Line
Cracker production process, which is an essential part of the biscuit manufacturing process, dough is flattened into a sheet by gauge cylinders, and then shaped by cutting it with a rotary cutter, similar to the Hard Biscuit production process. Any excess dough is efficiently recycled and sent back to the start of the production line using conveyors, optimizing resource usage in the biscuit production process. The rotary cutter, a vital element in shaping crackers, is a component of the Rotative Molding Machine.
