In the Hard Biscuit production, dough is flattened into a sheet by gauge cylinders as a fundamental step in the biscuit manufacturing process. The dough is then shaped by cutting it with a rotary cutter, a critical component of the process, often utilized for various biscuit recipes, including the hard biscuit recipe. Any remaining dough is efficiently recycled and returned to the start of the production line using conveyors.
