Sandwich Biscuits Depositor Lines
The biscuits from the biscuit production process are automatically sent to the cookie capper machine, an integral part of the biscuit line. A channeling board system moves the rows of biscuits into separate channels at specific intervals, and these systems are controlled by servo motors. In addition to traditional biscuit production, we offer versatile depositors like our Sandwich Biscuits Depositor Lines that can handle various types of products, such as soft or firm cakes, biscuits, and cookies of different sizes. These depositors can also efficiently handle ingredients like marshmallow, jam, cream, caramel, and even work with encapsulated marshmallow or double-colored cream fillings. These ingredients can be fed from a manual biscuit magazine or directly from the baking oven, allowing for a seamless and customizable production process.
